A hybrid approach integrating Bayesian networks and decision trees for data-driven statistical learning with political education orientation
This research proposes a novel hybrid approach integrating Bayesian networks and decision trees for enhanced data-driven statistical learning in political education. The framework achieves significant improvements in prediction accuracy (8.5%) while reducing computational overhead (35% decrease in training time) through an innovative multimodal fusion architecture. The hierarchical attention mechanism enables transparent decision processes with 85% interpretability accuracy and 82% expert agreement rate, providing actionable insights for educational stakeholders. The adaptive batch processing mechanism maintains sub-100ms response times for real-time applications while reducing memory consumption by 28% compared to baseline approaches. Extensive experiments across three comprehensive datasets (comprising 35,800 students over 300 courses) demonstrate the model’s robust performance in handling complex educational patterns and class imbalance scenarios. Cross-validation results reveal performance stability with standard deviation below 0.015 across all folds. The framework’s computational efficiency is validated through detailed profiling, showing 85% cache utilization rates and 40% reduction in I/O overhead. The practical utility is further confirmed through rigorous expert evaluation, with 82% of generated explanations rated as highly useful for educational decision-making. This research advances the field by providing an efficient, interpretable, and scalable solution for modern educational data analysis, particularly suited for political education applications where both theoretical understanding and practical implementation are crucial.
