Urban underground space operation state risk assessment method based on variable weight synthesis theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation
To enhance the accuracy of assessing the operational status of urban underground spaces and support efficient operation and maintenance management in smart cities, this paper proposes a risk assessment method based on variable weight comprehensive theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. By studying the operational status evaluation system of urban underground utility tunnels, the key evaluation factors influencing their operational status are identified, and a risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established. This model integrates the key evaluation factors of utility tunnel spaces with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to obtain a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation calculation model. An equilibrium function is introduced to adjust the weight coefficients determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), based on the variable weight comprehensive theory, thereby rationalizing the evaluation results. Verified through engineering examples, the proposed evaluation method for the operational status of urban underground spaces aligns more closely with engineering practice and holds promising application prospects in intelligent operation and maintenance.
