Improvement of transmission vibration problem based on comprehensive analysis method in the context of intelligent transportation
In the realm of intelligent transportation, there is a steadily increasing demand for superior driving and riding experiences in automobiles. The issue of automotive transmission vibration can significantly impact the driving experience, making its resolution crucial. Enhancements in this area can improve the design and manufacturing capabilities of key automotive components. To address this issue, this paper introduces a novel comprehensive analysis and improvement method, utilizing component replacement experiments, window observation experiments, and tolerance analysis. The main steps involve identifying potential factors, determining the root cause, implementing necessary improvements, and validating the results through experiments, small-batch production, and mass production. The proposed method is applied in a case study aimed at improving the vibration problem in a typical automotive transmission, demonstrating its practicality. The root cause of the problem is identified as abnormal axial movement, which is addressed by controlling this movement. Furthermore, the bearing tolerance is adjusted based on dimensional chain analysis results. The verification results demonstrate that the improved approach is effective. This study tackles automotive transmission vibration with innovative methods, improving driving experience and strengthening the design and manufacturing of core components, thereby significantly impacting the field of intelligent transportation.
