Application of cloud computing platforms in smart city human resource management systems under the background of big data

As big data and cloud computing technology develop, traditional human resource management (HRM) systems have issues such as insufficient processing capacity, low query efficiency, and difficulty in ensuring data security. This article uses cloud computing technology to optimize human resource data management and promote the transformation of enterprises to intelligent management mode. This article analyzes the architectural design of the cloud computing platform and elaborates on the storage model of human resource information. By using cloud storage technology, distributed storage and efficient retrieval of data are realized. This article constructs a salary prediction model based on BPNN (back propagation neural network), which has powerful nonlinear processing capabilities and can accurately predict employee salaries. To ensure the security and privacy of employee data, this article uses data encryption standards to encrypt data. Studies have shown that when processing the data of 1000 employees, the response time of the system studied in this article is 16 milliseconds; in terms of salary prediction, the average error rate of BPNN is 2.28%. The HRM system based on cloud computing can effectively solve the problems existing in traditional systems and significantly improve management efficiency and intelligence. In the process of smart city construction, how to efficiently manage human resources has become an important topic. The human resource management system based on cloud computing can provide efficient talent support services for smart cities, further promoting the intelligent development of urban governance.
