The article discusses the main aspects related to the use of virtual (digital) technologies in modern society, business environment, the author's attention is focused on the legal features of the problem. An analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of using virtual (electronic) technologies was carried out. In the context of global digitalization of the economy, organizations are faced with the need to revise traditional approaches to management. Digital transformation has ceased to be an option – it has become a critical factor in survival and growth. However, its role is not limited to the introduction of technology: it is a strategic process that overhauls management mechanisms, forming the basis for innovation and sustainable development.
