INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO ENSURING COMPETITIVE RESILIENCE IN THE METALWORKING INDUSTRY

The article examines the theoretical foundations of innovative approaches to ensuring the competitive resilience of industrial enterprises under conditions of high external uncertainty and technological transformation. Competitive resilience is interpreted as an integrative category that reflects an enterprise’s ability to reproduce competitive advantages through mechanisms of adaptation, strategic flexibility, and internal self-renewal. Particular attention is given to the role of innovation as a cross-cutting mechanism for the formation of resilience. The author proposes a three-level model of innovative competitive resilience, encompassing technological, organizational, and institutional dimensions. The applicability of this model to the metalworking industry is substantiated, positioning the sector as a representative field for theoretical verification. The results can be used in the development of sustainable development strategies for industrial enterprises, as well as in the formulation of methodological tools for assessing adaptive and innovation potential in the real sector of the economy.
