METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF APPLYING SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL METHODS OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
The article examines the methodological aspects of assessing the effectiveness of applying socio-psychological methods of personnel management as one of the key directions for enhancing organizational efficiency. The relevance of the transition to a socio-psychological management model is substantiated, emphasizing the development of employee engagement, the personal significance of labor, and the maintenance of a favorable socio-psychological climate. The study provides an overview of existing approaches, methods, and mechanisms for personnel assessment, with a focus on integral, functional-cost, behavioral, and qualitative evaluation methods. Special attention is given to the possibility of forming a combined approach that integrates quantitative, cost-based, qualitative, and developmental components. It is revealed that such a combined approach enables an adequate assessment of the effects of socio-psychological methods and can serve as a foundation for developing a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of sociopsychological personnel management. Further research is aimed at designing this methodology based on the principles of the combined approach.
