RESEARCH OF THE MECHANISM OF OCCURRENCE AND STRATEGY OF MANAGEMENT OF THE MAIN RISKS IN THE SOCIAL SPHERE

We are currently facing major changes unprecedented in a century, and various serious risks and problems are increasing. From the point of view of the international situation, the world is entering a high-risk society, which differs from previous societies. As Beck noted, "In the process of modernization, exponential productivity growth has brought dangers and potential threats to an unprecedented level." Based on the literature review and comments, this article mainly combines the theory of structural functionalism and social reality, analyzes the mechanism of occurrence of the main risks in the social sphere from the point of view of structural function and tries to propose management measures for the main risks in the social sphere from the point of view of the theory of social control.
