LINGUISTIC ANALYSIS OF ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY FACTORS IN RUSSIAN METALLURGY
The purpose of the publication is to expand the traditional approach to the linguistic classification of factors of economic sustainability of enterprises in the sense of resilience. Operational resilience is defined as the ability of an enterprise to achieve its strategic goals in the face of adverse external influences. All resilience factors are divided into four blocks: profitability, turnover, cost of capital, and labor productivity. There are three main approaches used in linguistic analysis: the traditional approach from the matrix aggregate computing (MAС) technology, which involves the analysis of histograms of economic factors using the method Nedosekina-Frolov. During the analysis, the weights of the factors and blocks are determined according to the Fishburne scheme. analysis of dynamic stability within the framework of the formation of Pareto layers in the RI-ROE coordinate space. The pareto layers in the model are formed spontaneously, based on the results of the consolidated activities of industry enterprises in the reporting year.; analysis of static stability during the marking of the R-lens by competitive niches. The dimensions of the obtained niches are fixed, and the exit of the image point of the enterprise beyond the lens characterizes the stability of the enterprise at the moment as low. However, if additional classifiers are included in the analysis, a very low level can also be determined with a quantitative value of RI = 0.3, and this definition may vary from year to year, depending on the available industry dynamics. The essence of the new approach is to directly account for ROE in the course of a qualitative assessment of sustainability, which involves taking into account the dimensions of the lens, as well as the nature of the behavior of the company's main competitors from year to year.
