Optimization design and simulation of phase lock loop parameters for space gravitational wave detection
This paper focuses on one of the core technologies in the space gravitational wave detection mission—laser interferometry technology, especially the crucial phase measurement link. As a signal processing technology widely used in the field of communication, pseudorandom code spread spectrum communication has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability and high ranging accuracy. In recent years, with the continuous development of signal processing technology, pseudo-random code spread spectrum communication technology has been introduced into the field of phase measurement to further improve the measurement accuracy and stability. In this paper, an accurate model is developed to simulate the effect of spread spectrum communication on the phase noise of laser interferometry. By designing the key parameters, the measurement accuracy and stability of the PLL are successfully achieved, and the modeling and simulation lead to the conclusion that the effect of the spread spectrum communication on the phase noise makes it become the main noise source, which provides a new solution for the phase measurement in the detection of gravitational waves in space.
