Analysis of the Impact Mechanism of Unshielded High Voltage Cables on Electromagnetic Compatibility of New Energy Vehicles
At present, the technology level of new energy vehicles in China is developing rapidly, and the high-voltage system of new energy vehicles has been upgraded from 400V architecture to 800V architecture, showing a trend of multi domain integration development. The electromagnetic compatibility problem is also becoming more severe. According to traditional design, enterprises usually adopt methods such as upgrading high-voltage shielded cables, adding filters, and improving grounding to avoid electromagnetic compatibility issues with vehicles. However, excessive redundant design not only leads to cost waste, but also increases the overall quality of the vehicle and reduces its performance. In response to the above situation, this article proposes a testing and verification scheme for the impact of using unshielded high-voltage cables on the electromagnetic compatibility performance of new energy vehicles, and verifies the feasibility of using unshielded high-voltage cables on a certain vehicle model.
