Research on Precision Electron Beam Welding Technology of Micro Mechanical Pump Under Strong Magnetic Field
This article addresses the issue of electron beam current being unable to focus on the weld position during the welding of a micro mechanical pump due to the influence of the mechanical pump's own magnetic field. A magnetic field shielding device is designed through finite element simulation and experimental verification. The device has gone through three rounds of iterative process from design to application. With the help of specialized magnetic field testing equipment and welding tests, the shielding effect of the magnetic field has been continuously optimized and the practicality of the device has been improved. The application of this device effectively solves the problem of beam offset in electron beam welding under strong magnetic fields. The research results of this article can also be extended to precision electron beam welding of other magnetic products, replacing the previous process method of demagnetization-welding- remagnetization of products.
