Massive MIMO Base Station Deployment Simulation Platform Based on Dynamic Optimisation and Multi-Algorithm Comparison

This paper proposes a comprehensive simulation platform for Massive MIMO systems, which integrates base station deployment optimisation, 3D city simulation and MIMO signal detection. The platform employs an enhanced particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to achieve the concurrent optimisation of base station location, power and frequency. This combines cosine annealing modulation inertia weights, adaptive acceleration factors and dual-variable perturbation (including Gaussian and Cauchy perturbation) strategies to effectively enhance the network throughput and average signal-to-noise ratio (SINR). The 3D signal coverage map generation and 2D heat map display, accelerated by parallel computing, intuitively reflect the distribution of wireless signals in the city. The experimental results show that this comprehensive simulation platform not only improves the network performance theoretically, but also provides intuitive data support and decision-making basis for actual deployment.
