Optimization Design of Anti-impact Structure of Control and Protection Switch Based on ADAMS
As ships become the core competitiveness of modern sea power, the impact resistance performance of shipborne switchgear is required to be higher. Control and protection switch (CPS) is an important control and protection device in warship, and its impact resistance directly affects the reliability and stability of the ship’s electrical system. Under shock conditions, the control and protection switch may have the risk of misoperation of the electromagnetic system. The existing structure of the control and protection switch has the problem of insufficient anti-impact performance, so a design scheme of anti-impact structure of the control and protection switch is proposed in this paper. In this paper, an optimization scheme is proposed to replace cylindrical spring with corrugated spring and improve the electromagnetic mechanism. The influence of external shock on the action of contacts and armature is analyzed. The results show that the impact resistance of the optimized switch structure is improved. The research results provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the reliability of ship electrical equipment under shock conditions.
