The Power Distribution Optimization Strategy of Parallel Energy Storage Converters Based on Dynamic SOC Balancing
To address the issue of reactive circulating currents generated by the Power Conversion System (PCS) at low State of Charge (SOC), this paper proposes a control method based on dynamically adjusting the output power according to SOC. By dynamically modifying the SOC-dependent function involved in the system control, the output power of the PCS is adjusted, allowing units with lower SOC to bear less load. This helps to suppress the problem of voltage drop caused by excessively low battery charge capacity. The paper analyzes the working principle of this method and establishes a small-signal mathematical model for analysis. Finally, simulation results verify that this method improves the SOC balance of the system and optimizes power distribution.
