A Novel Analysis of Advanced Solar Diode Models at Different Solar Operational Conditions
In the present scenario solar energy systems play a significant role in all integrated and distributed power networks, as it is environmentally sustainable and nonpolluting. As part of this system, the solar energy cell layout is fabricated in multiple designs and these designs are analyzed with the help of the MATLAB/ Simulink platform. The different solar designs are single-diode PV cell model, double-diode PV cell model, and three-diode PV cell model and their interrelated analysis has been analyzed about peak power efficiency, output, and performance factor. Moreover, the energy conversion efficiency of solar cells is analyzed based on various climatic conditions that are heat-related effects and solar irradiance. Finally, the main objective of the paper is to identify that the triple diode cell provides good efficiency, and better fill factor value.
