Analysis and Optimization of Force Fight Mitigation Control Law of Fly-by-Wire Flight Control System
Force fight mitigation is based on the output signals of different actuators on the same surface, and the control commands of the two actuators are adjusted by specific algorithms to reduce force fight. This paper aims at the phenomenon of sudden increase in force fight index at the surface limit of a certain type of aircraft. Based on the force fight performance simulation analysis results and test results of the dual redundant actuator, the optimization factors are determined. By optimizing the force fight mitigation control law algorithm, the force fight performance of the actuator is improved, and the service life of the surface structure is also increased.
