Modeling and Simulation Analysis of Spatial Two-dimensional Turntable Based on Three-point Locking
Aiming at the problem of modeling distortion when using finite element method to analyze the dynamic behavior of space two-dimensional turntable, a refined modeling method is proposed, which can simulate the natural frequency of turntable more accurately. In this paper, the spatial two-dimensional turntable based on three-point locking is taken as the research object. Firstly, the structural form of the spatial two-dimensional turntable is introduced. Secondly, the two-dimensional turntable is modeled by finite element method, and the equivalent modeling method of bearing and locking mechanism under pre-tightening force is emphatically introduced. Finally, the two-dimensional turntable is simulated and verified by experiments. The simulation and test results show that the maximum relative error in natural frequencies between simulation and the test results is 3.9%, and the natural frequency analysis is consistent and within the allowable error range. It shows that this method can accurately simulate the dynamic behavior of two-dimensional turntable in space, and has certain reference significance for the finite element simulation of the same type turntable.
