Pricing Mechanism for Charging Facilities Based on Shapley Value
With the rapid development of the electric vehicle (EV) industry as a key component of low-carbon transportation, the demand for charging infrastructure has significantly increased. A well-designed pricing mechanism directly influences EV users' charging behavior, the operational efficiency of charging facilities, and grid stability. Existing pricing models, including fixed pricing, time-of-use (TOU) pricing, and dynamic pricing, have limitations in adapting to demand fluctuations and ensuring fairness in cost distribution. This paper proposes a novel pricing mechanism for charging facilities based on the Shapley value, which ensures fair revenue allocation by considering users' contributions. The proposed model aims to enhance grid stability, improve operational efficiency, and create a fairer pricing structure. Empirical analysis using real-world data demonstrates the effectiveness of this approach in balancing grid load and optimizing pricing strategies.
