Research on Automatic Laying of Aircraft Pipelines Based on ACO
The traditional aircraft pipeline design has a low degree of automation, requiring designers to use digital prototypes coordinate and iterate through multiple rounds to form the aircraft pipeline design scheme, which heavily relies on the designer's engineering experience and affects the efficiency of scheme design and evaluation in various phase of aircraft design. This article first uses the K-means algorithm to repeatedly perform region segmentation in complex aircraft spaces, reducing the difficulty of solving and improving the speed of algorithm operation; Then complete the design of the ACO; Subsequently, by using CATIA based secondary development tools, the maturity of the main channel pipeline level A and B for the entire aircraft was completed, quantify design requirements for fuel, hydraulic and other system pipelines and structures, maintainability, safety, etc; Finally, the development tool is used to transfer ACO to optimize the laying path of aircraft pipelines in three-dimensional space, improving the quality and efficiency of aircraft pipeline laying.
