An Optimization Method for Capacity Configuration of Island Wind-Hydrogen System Based on Improved Ant Lion Algorithm
Aiming at the capacity configuration optimization problem of the wind-hydrogen coupling system in the independent microgrid of islands, a multi-stage decision-making method based on the improved ant-lion algorithm is proposed. To address the shortcomings of the traditional ant-lion algorithm, such as being prone to falling into local optimum and having a slow convergence speed, a hybrid selection strategy and an adaptive parameter adjustment mechanism are introduced to improve the population initialization and iterative update process, thereby enhancing the global optimization ability and convergence efficiency of the algorithm. Firstly, a capacity configuration model is constructed with the minimization of power fluctuation of the wind-hydrogen system as the objective, and three typical configuration schemes are generated based on the improved algorithm. Then, a multi-dimensional evaluation system including economy, frequency stability and voltage stability is established. Finally, the AHP-CRITIC comprehensive evaluation method is used to select the configuration scheme.
