Research on Sequential Control Technology of Hualong One Low Pressure Heater System
In response to the contradiction between high load monitoring tasks and low automation level faced by operators during the operation of the Hualong One nuclear power unit, this paper systematically analyzes the core role of the low-pressure heater system in the nuclear thermal cycle and the limitations of its existing operating mode. Aiming at its key position as an "energy hub", it is proposed to optimize the automation operation during major maintenance and normal operation through sequential control technology to improve the efficiency and safety of unit operation. Based on the design characteristics of the Hualong One system, a technical solution for analyzing the low-pressure heater system, sorting the step sequence, and optimizing the sequence control logic has been constructed, providing theoretical support for subsequent engineering implementation.
