Vibration Analysis and Flight Test of Landing Gear Door Structure for Civil Aircraft Based on Acceleration Measurement
The landing gear door structure is a crucial component of civil aircraft, and its structural integrity significantly influences the aircraft's safety during takeoff and landing phases. When the landing gear retracts and extends, the aircraft is exposed to the oncoming airflow, and the loading environment becomes complex, prone to vibrations, which can affect flight comfort and safety. This paper focuses on the structure of the outer door of the main landing gear of civil aircraft. Through the integrated approaches of finite element simulation, flight test, and test data analysis, considering the structural characteristics of the outer door of the main landing gear of a specific type of aircraft and the difficulty in obtaining the actual load, the vibration characteristics of the door are obtained via tests using accelerometers and strain gauges during flight tests, demonstrating the feasibility of structural health monitoring of the landing gear door. Simultaneously, based on the comparison of flight test results of different outer door configurations, it offers guiding significance for the anti-vibration design of the landing gear door structure of civil aircraft.
