Grid-Connected Gravity Energy Storage Based on Liner Active Disturbance Rejection Control
Gravity energy storage is the use of height difference to gravitational potential energy into the energy storage system, due to its low cost, large energy storage capacity, long service life, no pollution to the environment, safe and reliable, etc. has good application prospects. Due to the discrete nature of the weight block in the energy storage process, the motor will produce intermittent speed fluctuations, in order to smooth out the fluctuations generated by this process, it is necessary to study the grid-connected control strategy of the gravity energy storage system. According to the electromechanical energy conversion principle of gravity energy storage system, the mathematical model of the system is established. In this paper, the disturbance of the system is reduced by controlling the motor speed ring through a linear active disturbance rejection controller. The simulation software is used to construct the grid-connected simulation model of the gravity energy storage system, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing the perturbation resistance effects of the traditional PI control and the linear active disturbance rejection control in the power generation process of the gravity energy storage system.
