Design and Research on Transportation Support for a Large Radar Antenna
In order to achieve safe and reliable rapid transportation and mobile deployment of ultra large aperture antennas over 100 square meters. This study takes a P-band radar antenna as the research object. For the first time, air springs are used as the transportation carrier to carry out detailed structural design and layout of the antenna transportation support. Based on this, a three-dimensional model of the air spring transportation support and antenna skeleton is established. The stress of the antenna skeleton is simulated and analyzed under highway transportation conditions. The vibration reduction effect of air springs as a medium support on the antenna is studied through elastic mechanics theory. The results show that the transportation support system can safely and reliably ensure the rapid transportation of large-diameter radar antennas, and effectively reduce the vibration impact of external shocks on the antenna. It has good application and promotion prospects in the transportation direction of large-diameter radar antennas.
