The Influence of the Inclination Angle of Oblique Tenons on the Stress-Strain Distribution of Tenon Joint Structures
Nonlinear contact simulation was conducted using finite element method, and the final solution was in good agreement with Hertz contact theory, clarifying the process of using finite element method to solve nonlinear contact problems; Based on the fir tree shaped tenon joint structure of a certain type of aircraft engine turbine blade, different inclined tenon structure models were designed. Based on the actual operating conditions of the engine, the stress-strain distribution of the inclined tenon structure models with different inclined angles was obtained through finite element analysis. The finite element results show that the equivalent stress of the tenon joint structure is higher at the throat and contact area, and the equivalent stress of the first pair of teeth is greater than that of the second pair of teeth; The use of oblique mortise and tenon connection is more dangerous than the straight mortise and tenon connection, but the oblique mortise and tenon structure can assemble more blades, increase air intake, and the increase in contact area is of great significance for the stability and safety of operation in high-speed environments. This study can provide reference for the design of turbine blade tenon joint structures and other related work in the future.
