Scenario Generation of Power System Considering Source-Network Uncertainty Under Hurricanes
The increase in the proportion of renewable energy under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality targets, coupled with the drastic change in wind speed under hurricanes, makes the power system operation mode uncertainty increase and the predictability of the power system operation state decrease. Existing studies lack effective technical means to analyze the impact of hurricanes on the security and stability of the power system, so this paper takes hurricanes as the background to construct the scenarios of the power system containing renewable energy under hurricanes from the perspective of source-network uncertainty, and to provide a scenario basis for the stable operation of the power system under hurricanes.
