Review on Intelligent Control System of Aircraft Ground Dynamics Based on Digital Twin
Taking off and landing phase are very critical for civil aircraft safety. Traditionally, aircraft ground dynamics control systems are mostly based on pilots' individual experience of manipulation, which are gradually not fitted for the certainty, autonomy, green and intelligent demands of future advanced aircraft. In this paper, firstly current state-of-the-art of aircraft ground dynamics, corresponding control systems and applications in taxiing, anti-skid braking, and steering are reviewed and assessed. Then, based on comparison and analysis, a new intelligent control system research architecture of aircraft ground dynamics based on digital twin is proposed. Finally, the main key technologies regarding realization of this kind of intelligent control system are analyzed, and possible methods and strategies are also expounded. These designs and preliminary researches illuminate important tasks and are crucial for development of future intelligent control system of aircraft ground dynamics.
