Cost Estimation and Control of 3D Printing Aviation Products
3D printing technology has improved the manufacturing efficiency of aviation products, but compared with some foreign countries, the cost of domestic 3D printing technology still needs to be optimized. Based on the analysis of selective laser melting process, this paper analyzes the cost composition of aviation products manufactured by SLM, constructs a cost estimation model, which including the estimation model of material cost, hour cost, testing cost and other amortized cost. And then identifies the key variables of these costs, and puts forward suggestions about cost controlling from the aspects of products' design, processing requirements and testing requirements. And the paper shows an example about the impact of designed scheme optimization on cost at last.
