A Force Fight Balance Strategy in Civil Aircraft Control Surface Triple Redundant Actuating System
In view of the force fight problem caused by the active-active-active working mode of fly-by-wire flight control system, a servo control actuator and force fight mitigation model is established by AMEsim, and a new force fight balance strategy is proposed. The balance strategy combines the force situation of control surface, using a new force fight calculation method and simulates with the PI equalization algorithm. In the worst case, DDP can be reduced from 451bar before optimization to 371bar after optimization, which is reduced by 17.7% The simulation model verifies the feasibility of the force fight balance strategy, and can provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the later force fight balance.
