Internationalization of New Distribution System Standards Based on DPSIR Evolutionary model for implementation effectiveness evaluation
This paper proposes an evolutionary model of standard internationalization implementation effectiveness assessment based on DPSIR, which takes into account the five dimensions of driving force, pressure, status, response and impact in the internationalization process of the new distribution system standard, makes an index system for standard internationalization implementation effectiveness assessment, and according to the evolutionary process of the standard internationalization, the implementation effectiveness assessment is regarded as a dynamic cyclic continuous process, which constantly reviews and optimizes the standard internationalization process and makes necessary adjustments according to new market and technological developments. According to the evolution process of standard internationalization, the evaluation of implementation effectiveness is regarded as a dynamic cycle of continuous process, constantly reviewing and optimizing the process of standard internationalization and making necessary adjustments according to the new development of market and technology. It provides a new feasible path for evaluating the implementation effectiveness of internationalization of new distribution system standards, and analyzes the current status, achievements and challenges of internationalization of standards through the evaluation results, in order to explore how to promote the internationalization process of new distribution system standards more effectively.
