Outdoor Dual Power Automatic Switching Inverter based on Computer Control
The demand for power supply for outdoor equipment is increasing day by day. The traditional power switching method has problems such as switching delay and unstable power supply. This paper studies a computer-controlled outdoor dual-power automatic switching inverter. First, a dual-power switching system is designed, including a main power supply and a backup power supply. Secondly, the single-chip microcomputer Raspberry Pi is used to monitor the power supply status in real time, and real-time data is collected through current sensors and voltage sensors. Then, the health status of the power supply is judged by the data processing algorithm, and when a fault is found or the voltage is lower than the set value, it is quickly switched to the backup power supply. At the same time, the inverter technology is used to adjust the output frequency and voltage to optimize the load power supply. After testing, the system can complete the power supply switching within 2 seconds in the case of power failure, and when the dual power supplies are powered at the same time, the load is balanced, the voltage fluctuation is controlled at ±5V, and the average reliability reaches 98.5%, which significantly solves the problem of unstable power supply.
