Research on Active Control of Ship Pipeline Vibration by Unidirectional Inertial Actuator
The vibration generated in ship power pipeline systems by several impulses or mechanical sources exciting the pipeline system is one of the difficulties in ship vibration control. This paper introduces the control of ship pipeline systems based on a unidirectional inertial actuator, and analyzes the effect of a single inertial type actuator on the multidirectional vibration control of the pipeline by experimental means. Firstly, the vibration excitation of the pipeline is simulated by an excitation source, then the feed-forward control system is used to actively control the downstream pipeline, and finally, the effect of the three-way control at the monitoring point is analyzed after the actuator control. The results show that multi-directional vibration control is realized on the pipeline by using a one-way inertial actuator, and the vertical vibration of the pipeline is reduced by 5.13 dB, the axial vibration is reduced by 2.19 dB, and the transverse vibration is reduced by 1.35 dB. This study provides experimental references for the low-frequency vibration control of the ship's pipeline.
