Optimization of Energy Storage Configuration for Wind-Photovoltaic-Thermal-Storage Systems
To realize the green and low-carbon transformation of the circular economy industrial zone, the local wind and light resources can be utilized for multi-energy complementary development. However, the increase in installed capacity makes the problem of renewable energy consumption prominent, so energy storage can be used to build "Wind-Photovoltaic-Thermal-Storage" systems (WPTS) to reduce the rate of abandoned wind and light. In this paper, the optimal operation is achieved through rational allocation of equipment and optimal scheduling: firstly, the physical model of each equipment is constructed, and then the synergistic operation optimization model is established by combining the environmental benefits and interests, and finally, the capacity of energy storage and system operation characteristics are simulated and analyzed by considering a variety of constraints. The example shows that the coordinated participation of compressed air energy storage and environmental policy guidance can increase the wind energy consumption rate by more than 17.7%, and reduce the total annual operating cost of the system by more than 6.2%.
