Large Aircraft Flap Actuator Disconnection Failure Test Technology Research
In order to ensure flight safety after the flap actuator disconnection failure of large aircraft, this paper designs a flap actuator disconnection failure test platform, and carries out high-frequency active surface follow-up loading technology research for the problem of quasi-instantaneous dynamic response of flaps after disconnection failure, realizing rapid motion follow-up loading of the flap surface under large loads during instantaneous disconnection and failure process. The test results show that the test platform can accurately simulate the real aircraft failure scenario, and obtain the relationship parameters such as the movement of the wing surface, load, and impact energy. The design of the test bench can be referred by similar aircraft failure scenario.
