Robust Optimization Strategy for the Dynamic Operation of a Full-Chain Hydrogen System Under Multiple Uncertainties
A dynamic optimization operation strategy for hydrogen energy systems(HES) considering multiple uncertainties is proposed to address the current issue of isolated research on various stages of hydrogen energy and the insufficient research on the entire chain. Firstly, a full-chain model of the HES encompassing hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and utilization is established, fully accounting for temporal dynamic variations. Robust optimization is employed to address fluctuations in wind power generation, hydrogen demand, and transportation delays within the system. A budget uncertainty set is introduced to ensure the system achieves robustness without being overly conservative. The objective is to minimize the total cost under the worst-case scenario considering uncertainties, thereby achieving coordinated optimization of energy transaction costs, equipment maintenance costs, transportation costs, and uncertainty-related costs. Finally, simulation analysis is conducted on a practical hydrogen full-chain system, validating the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
