A Method for Determining the Risk Factor of Aircraft Engine Rotor Burst
Particular risk analysis is an important part of the safety design and analysis of civil aircraft, and engine rotor burst is one of the particular risks that the bureau is most concerned about. During the design stage, the civil aircraft needs to show the bureau that reasonable design measures have been taken to minimize the hazards of engine rotor bursting and that the residual risk is acceptable, and the risk factor is the key factor to accurately assess the residual risk. This paper innovatively proposes a risk factor determination method based on the scoring method, gives a complete set of risk factor determination process, and elaborates the risk factor determination method based on the scoring method, and finally uses this method to verify the risk factor values proposed in the consultation notice. This method can not only help improve the airworthiness compliance ability of the rotor blasting of civil aircraft engines, but also effectively reduce the development cost and improve the economic development of civil aircraft.
