Dynamics Modeling and Analysis of Airliner Landing Gear Light Brackets
The vibration frequency response analysis is carried out in this paper for the finite element model built for an airliner landing gear light bracket using HyperMesh and Nastran, with different vibration damping ratios for the analysis model, Comparing the analysis results with data from a vibration test, it's concluded that the damping ratio of the bracket is about 0.06. At the same time, this paper also studies the influence of changes in the center of gravity position of the lights attached to the bracket on the modal analysis results and finds that the closer the center of gravity of the light is to the bracket plane, the higher the natural frequency of the bracket (including lights on it) is. The methods and experiences summarized in this paper give a reference for anti-vibration design of similar product.
