Modal Simulation and Experimental Analysis of Inlet Measuring Rake with Complex Structure
Aiming at the complex structure measuring rake equipped with aero-engine inlet, modal simulation analysis and experimental verification are carried out to provide data basis for the design improvement of measuring rake. The coplanar method is used to simplify the structure of the measuring rake, and the simplified three-dimensional model is subjected to modal simulation analysis and vibration test verification. The results show that the maximum deviation between the modal simulation analysis results of the measuring rake and the vibration test results is 7.03 %, which meets the acceptable deviation requirements of the project application. It shows that the coplanar method is reasonable and feasible to simplify the modal simulation analysis of the inlet measuring rake with complex structure.
