Operational Mode and Optimal Strategy of Carbon Inclusion Agency
Direct and indirect carbon emissions at the household and individual levels account for approximately 72% of global carbon emissions. A carbon inclusion mechanism that covers personal lifestyles can encourage the public to adopt low-carbon living practices, thus contributing to the achievement of dual carbon goals. This paper focuses on the absorption mechanism for carbon credits generated by carbon inclusion and innovatively proposes the basic operational mode of intermediary carbon inclusion agencies. Based on the two-stage stochastic programming theory, an optimal operational strategy is developed for the company, considering market uncertainties. The feasibility of the proposed model is verified through case analysis of 1324 annual company operation scenarios.
