Adaptive Adaptation Analysis of basic Software and Hardware for High Reliability Environment
Adaptive adaptation mechanisms generally face key bottlenecks such as delayed response time and low resource utilization, which seriously restrict system stability and task continuity. This study proposes a new software-hardware collaborative optimization mechanism to achieve a breakthrough in system performance through a three-level progressive architecture: first, a multi-dimensional perception module is constructed to collect 12 types of hardware status parameters such as processor load in real time, and a fault feature extraction model based on a sliding window is established; secondly, an improved DQN algorithm is used to realize the dynamic allocation of computing resources and storage resources, and an elastic resource allocation strategy is triggered when the load threshold is exceeded; finally, a heterogeneous redundant architecture and online migration technology are innovatively integrated to build a fault-tolerant system with fault self-healing capabilities. Tests have shown that this method reduces the average response time to 140ms and increases resource utilization to 77%, providing a verifiable technical path for autonomous adaptive systems in high- reliability environments.
