Research and Design of Image Processing Linkage System for Nuclear Track Membrane Irradiation
Nuclear track membrane is known as the most sophisticated filter membranes in the world and are used in numerous applications. Being bombarded by heavy ions is one of the most critical steps in nuclear pore membrane fabrication. In the process of heavy ion irradiation, when the membrane passes through the heavy ion beam irradiation window quickly, the film will be twisted and wrinkles will appear when the film is put away, which is a waste of raw materials, affects the production progress, and also damages the life of the machine. In view of the above problems, this paper researches and designs an automatic error-correcting linkage control device for irradiation image processing of nuclear pore membrane, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of membrane winding, membrane running out of direction, and the occurrence of wrinkles and other phenomena. The core content is the computer through the video capture timely capture the membrane on the reel in the winding process, according to the edge detection algorithm for key feature extraction, so that the image processing module every few seconds will be captured data for image comparison, after a number of image points, to determine whether the preset image is consistent with the same, if consistent with the production will continue, if it is inconsistent with, the computer will automatically send commands Correct the tension and speed of the membrane winding machine and display the alarm information on the control interface, if it still cannot meet the requirements, it will issue an emergency stop signal. The image processing linkage system designed in this paper can effectively solve the problems of membrane winding and folding during irradiation production of nuclear track membrane and improve the production efficiency.
