Research and Design of Train Integrated Trunking Dispatch-communication System for Rail Transit
Wireless trunking dispatch-communication systems are crucial subsystems for safe urban rail transit operations, ensuring traffic safety, transportation efficiency improvement, management level enhancement, and service quality optimization. They provide reliable and rapid wireless communication means for disaster prevention, rescue, and accident handling in urban rail transit. This paper proposes and studies the Train Integrated Trunking Dispatch-communication System (TIDS), a multi-standard solution supporting Tetra, B-TrunC, and MCx. TIDS enables flexible configuration according to different dispatch standards, adapting to communication specifications of various systems. When multiple wireless standards coexist on metro lines, TIDS operates over multiple networks to form primary/backup, primary/auxiliary, and complementary relationships for partial or full trunking dispatch functions. Additionally, in case of any wireless standard failure, TIDS optimizes dispatch standard selection and switching through adaptive algorithms, automatically choosing the most suitable standard to meet rapid-response requirements during emergencies and improve dispatch management efficiency and safety.
