Cargo ship monitoring emergency application system based on single chip microcomputer

With the rapid development of the shipping industry, the safe and stable operation of cargo ships is becoming more and more important. This paper proposes a microcontroller-based emergency application system for monitoring cargo ships, aiming to improve the safety and reliability of ship navigation. The system is based on STC89C52 microcontroller as the core control unit, comprehensive use of a variety of sensor technology, ADXL345 acceleration sensor, ULN2003 stepper motor drive, led lights, buzzer, water droplet sensor and power supply components. Real-time monitoring of the ship's operating status, hull tilt angle and other key parameters. Through well-designed hardware circuits and efficient software algorithms, it realizes accurate data acquisition, fast transmission and intelligent processing. During the monitoring process, once the ship's hull is detected in an unusual situation, the system can quickly trigger the emergency response mechanism, such as activating the buzzer alarm and the corresponding LED indicator light flashing. Experimental tests and practical applications show that the system has the advantages of fast response speed, high monitoring accuracy and strong stability, which can effectively reduce the safety risk of freight ships during navigation, provide a new effective solution for the safety and security of ship transportation, and is of great significance in promoting the intelligent development of the shipping industry.
