Temperature Control of Industrial Solid Waste Pyrolysis Reactor Based on Improved FOA-PID Controller
Aiming at the complex and nonlinear characteristics of the temperature control system for industrial solid waste pyrolysis, an improved fruit fly algorithm-based PID control algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the parameters of the transfer function model of the pyrolysis reactor temperature system are identified. Then, the improved fruit fly algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the PID controller. Finally, the simulation experiments are carried out using MATLAB/Simulink for verification. The simulation results show that the improved FOAPID controller has a significantly better control effect than the traditional FOA-PID controller. The overshoot is reduced by 7.5%, the peak time is reduced by 24.5 seconds, the adjustment time is reduced by 4.5 seconds, and the stabilization time is reduced by 135.4 seconds. It can be concluded that the improved FOA shows the advantages of fast convergence speed and high accuracy in fitness value calculation. In step response control, it not only has high control accuracy but also outstanding response speed, and has good robustness at the same time.
