Industrial Internet Resource Scheduling and Allocation based on Improved Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm
In view of the problems of low resource utilization and long scheduling response time in the resource scheduling and allocation of the industrial Internet, this paper first initializes the particle swarm parameters and then introduces the dynamic inertia weight mechanism. In addition, a multi-objective fitness function is constructed. The algorithm sorts and selects particles according to the fitness value, updates the particle state through operations such as selection, and obtains an efficient resource scheduling and allocation scheme. The average resource utilization rate under the improved PSO is 94.7%, and the standard deviation is 2.89%, while the average resource utilization rate of the traditional PSO is 83.68%, and the standard deviation is 4.62%. The scheduling time of the improved PSO is as short as 200 milliseconds and as long as 495 milliseconds. This paper provides a new solution for the resource scheduling and allocation of the industrial Internet.
