Construction and Practice of High-Performance Computing Public Platform

In order to effectively improve the scientific research level of Southwest Petroleum University and promote engineering technology innovation, there is an increasing demand for the construction of high-performance computing public platform that provides computing power support for scientific research and teaching. This paper introduces the construction experience in necessity, planning and process, software and hardware resource management, management and service mode and other aspects. With the successful planning and deployment of this platform, it provides ideas for the construction of high-performance platforms for other institutions. The implementation scheme of the high-performance platform effectively promotes the goal of our school's "Double First Class" construction, which is the lowest cost and highest performance in the state-of-art.
