A Novel Frequency Domain Wideband Analog Self-Interference Cancellation
Simultaneous transmit and receive (STAR) systems can double spectrum utilization but are challenged by strong self-interference (SI). This paper introduces a novel wideband self-interference cancellation (SIC) method operating in the analog domain. The proposed method achieves accurate interference characterization across wideband channels by modeling the frequency-domain response of self-interference with generalized functions. The proposed approach demonstrates superior cancellation performance and extended bandwidth capabilities compared to traditional analog SIC methods.
