IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DIGITAL ETIQUETTE INTO THE EDUCATIONAL SPACE: EXPLICATION OF DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES IN THE FACE OF CHALLENGES

Introduction. The rapid pace of informatisation and digitalisation, the introduction of information and communication technologies, modernisation and innovative development are changing the modern educational space. In this context, the ethics and culture of digital communication are becoming important components of professional communication, raising the issue of widespread implementation of digital etiquette into the educational space. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of the implementation of digital etiquette into the educational space and to analyse strategies for its development in the face of challenges. Methods. The analytical method, comparative analysis, methods of deduction, induction and modelling were applied in the research. Results. The importance of implementing digital etiquette into the educational space is substantiated, a theoretical model of its implementation into the educational space is developed and its components are analysed. Originality. The challenges associated with the implementation of digital etiquette into the educational space are analysed and systematised, and ways to address them are suggested. Strategies for effective integration of digital etiquette into the educational space are proposed. A theoretical model of digital etiquette implementation into the educational space is developed. Conclusions. It is proved that compliance with the norms of digital etiquette determines the quality of communication, the security of the informational space and the trust level in the society, contributes to the formation of a positive image of an individual and an organisation, and prevents conflicts and reputational losses. A model for implementing digital etiquette into the educational space has been developed, with all the key aspects of the process covered: from needs analysis to evaluation of results. It is based on an integrated approach, as it takes into account all key aspects of digital etiquette implementation, including the curriculum, rules, the role of educators, student participation, technical support and cooperation with specialists. It is based on the systematic principle, which provides for a clear sequence of actions, from needs analysis to results assessment, ensuring the effectiveness of the process. The model is result-oriented, specifically, raising awareness, reducing the number of violations and building a culture of responsibility. It is flexible and can be adapted to the specific needs and conditions of each educational institution. Another feature is the emphasis on the cooperation of all stakeholders involved in the educational process. The implementation of this model is seen as an important step towards creating a safe and effective digital educational space where every individual feels comfortable and protected. Its successful implementation is recognised as a prerequisite for creating a safe and effective digital environment for learning and communication.
