Electric Bicycle Modeling For Cities With Slopes As A Transportation Solution
Objective: The objective of this work is the review about of the impact of emissions generated by internal combustion motors and the integration of advanced engineering with the design of electric bicycle, to offer an electric displacement system capable of covering considerable slopes that occur throughout the American continent and is environmentally friendly avoiding the emission of gases, achieving greater autonomy and adding to sustainability. Theoretical Framework: Electric vehicles have been increasing their sales and a greater positioning is expected in the next decades but limited the low cost for the slopes and their autonomy at the time of use. Method: A review of emissions internal combustion engine and current technologies in electric bicycles was carried out, focusing on the selection of light and resistant materials to optimize energy efficiency and maneuverability of the bicycle. Results and Discussion: Advanced design technologies, high quality materials such as aluminum alloys and 3500 W motor are integrated, the results showed a product lower in weight, greater autonomy and in line with trends. Implications of the research: The integration of advanced materials in the configuration of an electric bicycle, including the weight of system, to select a system to select an adequate electric motor and the integration of fundamental elements for the operation of the system. Originality/Value: The work presents value by integrating advanced engineering to achieve greater autonomy, the integration of advanced materials for slopes.
